can you please explain the wiring for the switch..and did you have to cut any wires for that switch

The switch plugs into the harness. There is a red wire that needs accessory and a black that needs ground. Some cars you can tap into the power outlet to get power for this.

so for ground i could put that to any random metal and for the red i have to tap into one of the wires for power?

+ryan B yes but make sure the power turns off with the key. I would check the power plug first. Be careful you do not want to tap a computer wire.

do you need to wire in the switch? or can it be constantly on and just tune to a normal station when I don't want to listen to my phone. I honestly don't want to drill any holes into my dash.

You can leave it on, however some other stations my not come in all that well. You can always put it in the glove box so you do not have to drill a hole. Thanks for watching

Ah okay... thanks. I plan on installing an iSimple and adding a bluetooth receiver to it, that way I have no wires coming out of my dash. I saw your newest video about the bluetooth iSimple a little too late.

Hows the sound quality??

Not bad. If you are streaming music from your phone, somethings like Pandora or iheart radio, it sounds perfect. There is no static or FM bleeding. Thank you for the question.

Does sound quality, such as bass, come through? or is the sound washed out?

+dyip32 the only limitation is your FM radio. It will sound like really good FM, so if you are ok with that, then you are good.

Five Star Car Stereo I was also worried about the sound quality I planned on doing this FM modulator into the I stream Bluetooth into a EQ out to the amps do you think having an EQ would help the sound quality at all

My radio wont let me tune to a station that isn't there would that be a problem it only does a scan and will stop on a playing station will this work for me
