As a born Iraqi, unfortunately they are not executed on TV. This was aired on a Government owned channel called Al-Iraqi. I watch this program on my satellite regularly and you wouldn't believe some of the ruthless and barbaric acts committed. To be fair, ISIS really does threaten to kill entire families if they do not sign their soul away to assist in the terrorism. It's similar to how the Nazis in WWII and even Communists operated. Most authoritarian ideologies operate this way, actually.
