Hey so i followed the first steps of your guide but i had difficulties finding the right missions to accept. In the agency tab I put in the following filters : agents->Any distance->Caldari state-> Any corp->Faction warfare-> Highest available. I run about 6-7 l1 missions to increase caldari standings but all I did was increase standings with State Protectorate which is the corp my alt is in. Did I do the correct missions or did I fuck up?

To take level FW 4 missions you need State Protectorate standings, not Caldari. If you rise at rank in FW, your faction (Caldari) standings will also receive a ONE TIME boost. But they are irrelevant to FW (they will reduce taxes etc in Jita though).

hey, could a speed tanked vni with 550 dps do l4s?

Sniper fit is doable for all drone ships. You'd need +100km lock/drone range. So it's more like kiting than speed tanking. That's how I ran them with 0 tank Gilas, Ishtars and these Proteuses too. Just mwd / orbit the targets at 100/120. Some missions might give you a hard time until you learn your way around them.

Project Free Folk well I did a little research and found a 100km range vni but the problem is that the drones are really slow and i might lose a lot of them. Do you think that the speed tank is not enough for sure?

You can give it a try. I just didn't try it that way. I don't think the dps is super high. But depending oh the faction there are webber frigates you need to take care of, if you want to speed tank. I lost perhaps 2-3 drones per mission cycle (15 missions) with these proteuses. It wasn't too much of a problem. I didn't use geckoes or augmented.
