Milk bank is a humanitarian gesture. Humanitarian gesture is above religious beliefs. Moreover, in this case, it is doubtful that the fatwa against milk bank is religiously tenable. Quran doe snot specifically prohibits a lactating mother from sharing her milk with other babies. This is exactly why "Mullah's Islam" is not same as "Mohammad's Islam".

Toh solution kia hai? In that sense blood donation is also sacred in historical sense as family bond is sacred in any religion like Ahle Bait, they are deemed sacred because of their blood line. This is not a good argument, as it would increase segmentation and polarization in the society based on flimsy morals.

I have no doubt that Allah is just another id of Muhammad. One Indian scholar wrote in early 20th century, 'If Koran is wonderfully writeen as per the Muslim claim, it only means Muhammad was a good poet.' This statement changed my view about Islam and Muhammad.

@@WorldwithoutReligion-j1l why? Bemariyan kyun nai ho sakteen? Ye kis nai kaha kai Khuda agar hota tau beemariyan na hoteen? Secondly, aik zamana pehlai appendix ka use nai pata tha. Laikin ab pata hai. Isi tarah cell kai under majority cheezon ka purpose nai pata tha. Laikin ab pta hai. Isi tarah agar aaj male niples ka use nai pata tau is se kuch proof nai hota. Sirf ye kai abhi tak hamain pata nai chala. The same goes for tail bone.

If breastfeeding was creating such a sacred Relationship then why the hell Prophet asked a woman to suckle an Adult man , to make him ineligible for her reference is Sahih Muslim vol 8 , 3424 Sayyida A’isha (may Allah be pleased with her) reports that Salim, the freed-slave of Abu Hudhayfa, lived with him and his family in their house. She (i.e. the daughter of Suhayl and wife of Abu Hudhayfa) came to the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) and said: “Salim has attained (puberty) as men attain, and he has began to understand what they understand, and he enters our house freely, I, however, think that Abu Hudhayfa feels uncomfortable with this. The Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace) said to her: “Suckle him and you would become unlawful for him, and (the dislike) which Abu Hudhayfa feels in his heart will disappear.” She returned and said: “I have suckled him and what (was there) in the heart of Abu Hudhayfa has disappeared.” (Sahih Muslim)

there is not any physical contact at all and he didn't even touched her breasts plus it was during makkah do some research man when they became muslim and and the rule of giving milk to child limited to 2 years in surah baqarah this rule was established in medina

The records of the milk donors can easily be kept in this time of electronic records. This ruling also totally ignores that not everyone in Pakistan is a Muslim or believes in this Razaat concept. In addition, there is absolutely no basis in genetics for relatedness if milk is drunk and future accidental marriage between such Razaai “siblings” would not increase birth defects. Perhaps the original Razaat concept was different when a child would actually have a relationship with the wet nurse. Once again religious scholars are interfering with public welfare without considering the scientific evidence for the benefits of a milk bank.

Masla kuch or hai wo toa identification wala issue bhi nahi tha wo jis khatoon k doodh inko or jis bachay ko donate karna tha dono ka record maintain rakha jana tha,and background issue are multinatiional brands ka karobaar thaap hone ki waja se mufti bik gaya,apko pata hai kya 20000 hazaar khusk doodh aik bacha pee jata hai monthly abh isey calculate karen to croron ghar milking cow baney hove hain per month

agar kaheen sahi qanoon ho toh bilkul karain lekin pakistan main na qanoon hai na identification possible hai aur west main ye waise bhi problem nahi masla razayi rishte ka hai humaray log itne padhe likhe nahi aur wo dhyan bhi nahi ye qanoon saudia jaise mumamlik ya UAE jaise mumalik kai liye sahi tha inhain bas koi alternative solution dhondna chahiye jaise pehlay waqt main daiyan doodh pilati thi iss liye iinhain esai workers aur jobs create karni chahiye

بصد احترام آپ کی بات سے مکمل اختلاف ہے میرا۔ اس رضاعت سے کہیں زیادہ محترم میرے لیے وہ رشتہ ہے جو کسی یتیم کو گود لے کر اسے ماں باپ کا پیار دے کر اس کی پرورش کر کے نبھایا جاتا ہے۔ کیا رضاعت کا معاملہ ایسا ہے جو پوری دنیا اور تمام مذاہب میں ہوتا ہے؟ مگر کسی بچے کو اپنی اولاد کی طرح پالنا ہر معاشرے میں انتہائ مقبول ہے۔ مگر جس شخص نے اس رضاعت والے معاملے کو گھڑا ہے اسی شخص نے محض ایک خوبصورت خاتون کو پانے کے لیے گود لینے کا معاملہ ختم بھی کیا ہے۔ وہ صاحب اپنی منہ بولے بیٹے کی بیگم کو کچھ کم کپڑوں میں۔ دیکھ کر فدا ہو گۓ تھے اور پھر گود لینے کا معاملہ ختم کر دیا۔ ملاؤں کا تمام اعتراض جس شخص کی ذہنی اختراعات سے اخذ شدہ ہے اس شخص کا کردار کسی سے ڈھکا چھپا نہیں۔
