Islamabad to Shogran By Road | Naran Kaghan - Lulusar Lake - Babusar Top | Travel Guide | Part 1

It's finally happening - the trip I've been planning for over a year! We're heading to the stunning Northern areas of Pakistan, and I'm so excited to take you along with me. Get ready for breathtaking views, exciting adventures, and lots of travel tips. Let's get started!

📍 Location: Islamabad
Hey guys! It's a scorching hot day in Islamabad, the perfect time to escape to the cooler, beautiful Northern regions. I've packed my bags and we're hitting the road. Our destination? Shogran, Naran, Kaghan, Babusar Top, and more! Let's get this journey started!
On the Road to Mansehra
🎵 Background music: Upbeat travel song
🚗 "We're cruising on the Islamabad-Peshawar Motorway, passing onto the Hazara Motorway. The drive is smooth and the scenery is just amazing. Hazara Motorway is one of the most beautiful routes I've ever driven on - tunnels, lush green landscapes, and that mountain air!
We reached the Mansehra Interchange in about 2 hours. The total distance from Islamabad to Shogran is 230 KM, so we've covered a good chunk of it already."
Through Balakot to Shogran
📍 Location: Balakot City
"Alright, we're now on the single-lane roads heading through New Balakot Road. This road is under construction, but it leads us to the heart of Balakot city. From here, you can also head towards Muzaffarabad in Kashmir, but our journey continues towards Shogran.
We're taking the N15, also known as the Mansehra-Naran-Jalkhad-Chillas Road. This route passes through charming villages like Basin, Jabba, Sangar, Barkot, and Kholian before we finally reach Kiwai Waterfall. From Kiwai, we divert towards Shogran."
Arrival in Shogran
🕖 Time: 7 PM
📍 Location: Shogran
We've finally made it to Shogran! The drive up here has been incredible, with panoramic views of forests, meadows, and mountain landscapes. It's quite chilly here compared to Islamabad, which is a refreshing change.
Shogran is at an altitude of 2,362 meters (7,749 feet) and is a popular tourist spot. In summer, the temperature is perfect - ranging from 15°C to 25°C. We've checked into a cozy hotel that offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The room is really comfortable, and it only costs 4000 PKR per night. Stay tuned for a quick room tour!
Room Tour
Here's a quick tour of our room. It's pretty spacious and has all the amenities we need. The best part? The view from the window is absolutely mesmerizing. After a long journey, it's time to relax and have some dinner. The local cuisine here is delicious - perfect way to end the day.
Plans for Tomorrow
Tomorrow, we've got an exciting day planned. We're going on a jeep ride to Siri Paye Meadows and might even hike up to Makra Peak. There are so many adventures waiting for us in Shogran. If you're planning a trip here, this vlog will definitely help you out with all the travel details.

Yes, If you haven’t drop your car. With normal clearance you can easily go on top on Shogran. Then take Jeep/ hike towards Siri paye meadows
