Don't forget their funding of the militia in Sudan that has led to more people being killed than those in Gaza. I'm not comparing. May Allah protect them all.

How can you even put a video like this up talking about investing in a completely unethical place like the UAE? After what they're doing in the middle east and Africa let alone Israel.

What are they doing exactly that’s unethical ? Ethics standard according to whom? The West? East?

We bought in Dubai back in 2021, we thought it was a no brainer back then given the pandemic and people panic selling and alhamdulillah it’s turned out well. But in the current market, it’s a much closer toss up between UAE and UK markets in regards to rental yields. If the net rental yields are the same, say 6-8%, what would you choose and why (direct investing this is)? This is our current predicament

This is kind of what I'm getting at in the video, i.e. consider things like where you're planning to be long term.

Dubai property ( and hype) has peaked . So why isn't this mentioned? If you want to invest in a flat-lining market - then go ahead and waste some of your money. Dubai has "over-built" and has a lot of medium to low properties that are stagnating. At the higher you might get a lucky ride ... but... the essence of Dubai is that it is in a frozen pocket. Maybe some Agents are just happy there's still a fantasy going on , within YTube 😂

@@JaguarLionCat Everywhere is "under valued" if you apply your own timeline. Probably, some barren parts of Queensland or Namibia under "under valued" when discussed over 50 years. Value only has relevance when measured against Time and alternative vehicles for investment Dubai is not attractive to those with fluid cash - in this period. Maybe in 3 years it will change.
