I also recommend that during these difficult times to be close to deen, increase your remembrance of Allah and importantly - PRAY TAHAJJUD! the Tahajjud prayer is a life changer and to anyone who is struggling it grants you peace and I can assure that any Dua you make during the Tahajjud it will come true InshaAllah.
