@@fiazhussain6730 Allah has set the criteria so whoever best fits that criteria is the ulul amr of your area. There is also one leader of ulul amrs and in absence of Imam Mahdi it is wali ul amr. It is obvious that person is Imam Khamanei

@@ganaqvi12 islamic scholars are supposed to hold leadership in absence of Imam. Find that scholar in your country. It is Agha Syed Jawad Naqvi in Pakistan
