Why should someone else take the punishment for your sins? Cannot just forgive upon repentance? Is it fair for somebody else in the court of law hanged for the murder committed by someone else? Will the judge tell a criminal or everyone in the prison that I will punish my son and let all of you free? Is this justice? One should understand the scripture in the light of explicit statements and do not get hung arguing clinging to ambiguous and implicit statements. Implicit statements should be interpreted in the light of explicit verses. Now analyzing bible no where Jesus shows that he was willing to go on the cross. Infact bible states anyone hung on pole is cursed. Why was Jesus pbuh hiding from Roman soldiers searching for him? Jesus pbuh prays calling upon God in the garden of Gethsemane for the cup to pass, not his will but God’s will. What does this say to an intellect.? What message is it sending? Someone who came prepared to be crucified. A mighty messenger pbuh of Allah crucified being called cursed? You think Allah would allow such an act?!Think? Isa Al - Masih ( Pbuh) never said he was God. No one can die for your sins. However, Jesus did pay the ransom for your species or all of you would be burning in hell. 2000 years later human beings have become a billion times worse. Heaven had to send another being down to pay the ransom for humans. Muslims have much more respect for Jesus than Christians do. That is a fact. Christians can repent for blasphemy against Jesus but Muslims cannot. This is punishable by death.
