You can use a town hall with some items that you get out of the conquered islands, they can give you a few thousands on the balance

Nice video, this serie is super enterteining because, its not easy, you have a lot of influence, maybe you can use the commuter piers, to share population, that way you always use the maximum population, also you can use the townhalls to boost population in any way, it can help, but the commuter piers its will help a lot

Commute piers are good for workforce but cost 1000upkeep per, and you need minimal 2... So very expensive
