1 Canada Water. At the completion of its construction I was part of a group of local dignitaries who were invited to admire the unprecedented view from the top. The neglected to inform us, however, that the internal lifts were not yet fully operational. We had to travel on the external construction lift. At the top we had to walk an unguarded plank to enter the building with only two workers preventing us from plunging to our deaths. Now I had visited New York and been up to the observation decks on both the Empire State and the late World Trade Center. It’s a brilliant film called the Long Good Friday be five Hoskins is a gangster movie filmed in the 1980s when Canary Wharf is actually being developed. I used to live in Deptford Bridge and occasionally, I used to change trains ant Canary Wharf and also often have a few beers in in All Bar One on the corner. In September 2008 (I think it was) I walked past the Lehman’s Brothers building and all of the lights were on. I just commented to the security guard on the door that “they are keen” and he laughed and we exchanged a few words. The next day, Lehman’s went bankrupt and all the news stories were showing staff leaving that same building with their stuff in cardboard boxes. I still wonder why they made an example of them and saved the others.🤔

That 'bird' was a surveillance drone and the sound was a signal to other drones to converge on your position for a targeted attack. Newest model drones can also leave chem trails containing Dihydrogen Monoxide (DHMO). It's real nasty stuff. Exposure could result in severe burns or suffocation. It also accelerates rust and I suspect that's why you looked a bit orange in that particular shot as the metal in your blood was corroding.
