I'm going to make this for dinner but your printed recipe calls for 2 tablespoons hot sauce twice and in the video you don't add hot sauce. The printed also calls for both Cajun and Creole seasoning but you only appear to add Creole in the recipe. Can you let me know which is correct, the printed recipe or the video and how much hot sauce if it is used. Also, the video is well done but needs a bit of editing as you repeat the steps you do several times during the video. Thanks.

Been on a boiled egg diet. For yall to peel eggs easy best protip get water boiling before adding eggs. 2nd put eggs at room temperature. 3 add vinegar to water. 4 tap eggs on crown or top of egg until you hear a slight cracking noise. For 16m at least. I place them in freezer untill not hot about 15m to 20m or ice bath but i found the ice bath can change temperature of egg id rather them cook in freezer so no medium boiled eggs. They should peel extremely easier

I just made it and it was delicious I didn't do the onions allergic to them but even without it was good. When I made my potatoes I did boil them in salt and butter as well though. I it them up cleaned them and them and then put them into the pot with butter and salt
