Was that heard in your mind? 227 wins for Honda at Isle Of Man. 196 2nd's, 197 3rd's. Norton 94 wins. Suzuki 94 wins. Yamaha 210 wins. Kawasaki 33 wins. Ducati 9 wins. BMW 37 wins. Every one of these brands have crashed or failed at some stage. Even the most famous bikes have not been 100% successful every year.

lost a lot of weight looks healthier and fitter in general. i think the fatigue of wrestling a superbike around the mountain for a couple hours a day is very important when it comes to winning races alot of guys are at the top end because they take care of them selves and follow good schedules..... and michael slobs along and still beats them alot of the time they should be really worried this year

MD can build bikes there is no doubt about that.. especially the 600s.. he was riding an R6 2 years older than Hutchinsons new style R6 and MDs bike smoked it bigtime.... He's going to be the man to beat this year as he's onboard the Tyco BMW for superstock and superbike races... Undoubtedly the fastest man to have lapped the course..a true road race warrior.....

You can only imagine what each of these fine gentlemen think of each other, keeping in mind John was Joey Dunlops last team mate & Johns obvious love of the man. The fact that MD makes mention of 'John being forgotten due to his injuries' and the offer of supplying him with a bike speaks volumes of their relationship and the enormous respect between the two. Looking forward to catching up with JM at the Festival of Speed 2019, Sydney, Australia.

In reality, I can't see any fairytale return for John, he looks a good way off being fit physically - mentally, who knows? However, the good natured generosity and sportsmanship from MD is remarkable and may just prove the right kind of motivation for JM. I wish them both the very best ~

I have read MDs book and he seems a very proper man, this just confirms that fact,i have also read McGs book and also think he is proper,love the fact it is a handshake contract,when MD did the ROUND THE TT IN under 17 mins thing he did not do it that one time i think he has done it like 10 times ,his old man did not want his sons too race but they did and he helped them, hopefully robert is looking down on his sons with a big smile,i think its a passion that you are born with and im not sure if its lucky or not ,but best of luck too all motor racing men and women KEEP HER PINNED!!
