@@michaelmyers4847 really good the coach Monday to Friday is really patient 12 till 1:30 he is taking it slow with me because I had a stroke they are very understanding please give it a try

It’s either Islington boxing club or Cheshunt boxing club I don’t know they are both great

@@clairespeight4143 islington is more for fitness. If you want to train to become a boxer it has to be st pancras.
