why is the IS curve in the general equilibrium pointing upwards from left to right when in the separate derivation of the IS curve it is sloping downwards from left to right and vice versa with the LM curve ? can anybody explain?

IS LM part 1 says interest rate and income have negative relation and IS LM part 2 says interest rate and income have positive relation. Which one is right?

ISLM part 1 is showing goods market equilibrium in which interest rate and income have negative relationship whereas ISLM part 2 shows money market equilibrium in which interest rate and income have positive relationship. So both are correct.
