Ya ali madad.aap ne mujhe mere problem ke liye jo tasbih recommend ki thee-ya allah ya muhammad shah karim aur salwat-woh mein nikalta hoon.mujhe aapse puchna hai ke anxiety stress udadi dar bhavidh ki chinta uncertainty aur aaj hamari duniya ki bahut sakht hogai iske liye main kaunsi doosri tasbih nikalu.

Stress aur anxiety ke liye Ismaili tasbih aur zikr bohot madadgar ho sakte hain. Aap Allah ki yaad aur zikr mein apni ruh ko sukoon aur sakoon de sakte hain. Ismaili tradition mein kuch khas tasbihat jo aap parh sakte hain, unmein shamil hain: 1. "Ya Allah, Ya Rahman, Ya Rahim" Is tasbih ko tasalsul ke saath 33 martaba ya 99 martaba parhein. Iska maqsad Allah ki qudrat aur madad ko yaad dilana hai.
