ISN NEO3 Review!!! TURN IT UP!!!

Once I got done screwing around with this set, got the TRN T ear tips on it and put on Fear Innoculum at a moderately high volume, I finally "got" them. Bassy, and on the darker side of tunings, the NEO3 really shines when it is being pushed hard. Higher power, higher volume and music with some intensity to it are what this set really likes. Luckily, so do I.

I had covid around Christmas year before last and I thought I was going to die. I hope the strain you have isn't anywhere near as severe and that you make a recovery as quickly as possible. 🤞 Penon/ISN make some great stuff, imho. The biggest obstacle is their pricing (that you briefly mentioned in reference to the Neo3) that doesn't make them the most competitive choice in price to performance. Occasionally, they offer coupon codes to subscribers that bring the value more in line with other options, though. Thank you for another great one! 👍

Very interesting review! My all time favorite band is Tool as well. A good bassy test track is A Perfect Circle, Lullaby. 💯 I'm sure you already know about that track but just in case you don't, well there you go lol! I can't wait for your review on the DaVinci. It's an amazing IEM and my most expensive set to date. But I just got into IEM's a few months ago. I would have to say DaVinci is my endgame. I buy cheaper sets now just to compare. The Hades was a letdown unless I use EQ on my KA17 then it really shines. I don't mess with EQ on my DAP's. I hope you feel better soon bro!

Great review, thanks! I love the Neo3. Stock cable is recessed in treble, some people call it muffled. So changing to a silver plated copper will increase the treble. I like both types of sound though. Depends on my mood. :)

The Davinci is a great IEM. It is in my top 3 favorites (Hisenior Mega 5 EST, Letshuoer EJ07 OG the other 2). I'm looking forward to seeing your review. I've never heard any of ISN's IEMs. I've read that they are closely affiliated with Penon Audio, but I've been unable to confirm if this is true.

@@hazi5961 They are definitely affiliated with PENON. A sub brand is my guess. So far I have definitely preferred both the Neo3 and H30 to the PENON Fan2. Funny how that happens sometimes. I am very much looking forward to the DaVinci. But for the moment, I’m going to take a nap. Covid sucks. Lol
