Brother Troy, I can't believe that I am hearing this. This is totally a confirmation for me to what the Holy Spirit spoke to me. I was at church in a prayer meeting in January of this year. And these same words I heard from the Lord. When I heard it, i started searching to find out where in the bible can I find those words I heard. I searched Google, and it directed me to the book of Jeremiah 29:11. When I found it, I was astound. I started thanking and praising God for his purpose for my life.

Praise God! Cut all sugar, carbohydrates, fruit sugar, honey, etc… from your diet. You need to drop your glucose levels immediately… replace these foods with healthy fats such as avocados, vegetables, fish, beef, etc. Start intermittent fasting immediately… eating a full no more than once a day…. there is much literature on this! One of the things that God's word says just the spirits I've use this rule of thumb to always get confirmation from the Lord. I use the rule of three father son Holy Spirit then I tell people they got his spoken to me what he says is true I've heard it from two other people who have the gift the prophecy, we must prepare.
