good video! You briefly mention APICE. What subject would not be covered when you follow ISO 9001 + ISO26262. So far I'm not able to kind any subject in apice not covered by ISO26262+ISO9001. Do only thing I could comment on is that QM level is badly defined in ISO26262. With in the rail safety standard they do address this properly. For QM items we apply the ASIL A requirements.

You are right, system architecture is the key when it comes to almost all issues: cybersecurity, safety, maintainability, reusability, scalability, in short: future viability. We continue the SYS series in 2022. The next Automotive SPICE video will be SWE.4, followed by another one for those who want to understand Automotive SPICE from the ground up.

In our whitepaper, you'll find the functional safety lifecycle. The FS lifecycle covers all activities, from item defintion to operations. Within the lifecycle, there are reference phase models for the development at the corresponding level.
