The workers are treated which much more priority in ISO 45001 unlike 9001 and 140001, I think that's the major difference, thank you for the insightful lecture

Yes, the focus for ISO 45001 is the worker. The focus for ISO 9001 is the customer, and the focus for ISO 14001 is the environment. They all have their own focus so combined in an IMS they are powerful! Thanks, Jackie

@auditortrainingonline Жыл бұрын
Hi Anuruddhu. I have checked and can see that Clause 8.1.1 is still in planning, so it has not been filmed yet so may be a little while, however Clause 8.1.2 has been filmed and is in the first edit stage so it is coming! Make sure you're subscribed and you will be notified when it is published. Regards, Jackie

Is this context analysis usually done at the beginig of project or company ...etc and updating it along with its lifecycle or how . I could'nt imagine that in the company where i work (gas processing facility)!?
@auditortrainingonline Жыл бұрын
Understanding the context and the related internal and external issues is an ongoing process. Absolutely it would be conducted at the beginning of a new project. You might have a standard register of existing internal and external issues that have applied to other projects and/or the business as a whole, so at the commencement of a project you would review this and determine what is relevant to the new project and whether there are any other issues that are specific to this project. If any requirements change to the business, its projects, its activities, locations, products, services, customer requirements, suppliers, legislation and so on, this will also influence the context and the business should continually revisit and review to determine whether there have been any changes. This is normally picked up at Management Review (clause 9.3). As you can see, this is an ongoing process that supports business changes and ensures that risks and opportunities are identified in a timely manner. I hope that helps @mahdjoubsofiane4005. Regards, Jackie

The most confusing clause within my colleague is actually 6.1.1, regarding the risk and opportunities, since there is a difference between 45001 and 14001, but sometimes practical implementation and finding the most suitable objective evidence quite challenging!
@auditortrainingonline7 ай бұрын
yes, I can see how clause 6.1.1 could be confusing. It is a whole lot of words that reference other clauses. This reference to other clauses is what actually makes it simple. What if you look at clause 6.1.1 as simply "ok, now that I've identified risks and opportunities by meeting or completing the requirements in clauses 4.1, 4.2, 6.1.2, 6.1.3 and 6.1.4, what am I going to do about it? How will my OH&S or Environmental management system manage or mitigate these risks and integrate it into our everyday procedures. Additionally how can we take advantage of opportunities we identified in those other clauses? You see, this clause is all about taking action based on the risks and opportunities you have/should have already identified by completing those other referenced clauses. I hope that helps to simplify this. Are there any other specific areas of this clause you need me to break down further now? Regards, Jackie
