ISO 9001 2015 Clause 9 I Performance Evaluation I Internal Audit I MRM
Clause 9.1 states that Organization need to Monitor , measure, analyze and evaluate the quality management system established and implemented. Performance of Implemented system can be done by fulfill the requirement of this clause. Clause 9.2 states that organization shall plan & conduct internal audits to check the overall effectiveness of implemented quality management system. This video will guide you about how the audit will plan and conduct. Clause 9.3 states that organization shall need to conduct a MRM (Management review meeting) to evaluate the effectiveness of quality management system and overall objectives/targets of organization.
