The ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Standard defines the decision rule. This webinar will look at the requirements along with meeting the needs of the customer when making statements of compliance and the decision rule associated with it. Examples will be shown in both testing and calibration in applying decision rules to be conveyed to customers and also documented on reports provided to the customers.
