Shredding into smaller pieces isn't really recycling is it? Would have been helpful if you demonstrated some applications of your shredded fiberglass.

Hi Timothy, Thank you for your comments. Our production plant for recycling purposes is the frontend equipment for processing the fiberglass waste materials into fiber sizes making them suitable for recycling use.

Do you buy in bulk to recycle? We have more fiberglass waste.which can be recycled by your company and sell.

Thank you for your inquiry. Here at Isodan our focus is fully based on designing and supplying production facilities for the physical handling of recycling materials. We are not a recycling company but the supplier of production solutions for the recycling process.

I did not understand very well what the final product is, because you say fibers, but they look like pellets. Could you clarify it for me?

Hi Francisco, Our plant can be set up to produce any kinds of required fiber lengths and sizes. The one you see in the video are mainly made from virgin fiberglass matts material which have a tendency to become a bit like cotton balls. However, these can be further refined into smaller sized fragments if required so.

They didn't say how they recycle, looks like they just break the pieces down into pellets

Hallo Freigtliner Pate Sorry for not answering. It is depending on which kind of material you want to recycle. For example: we have mobile productions plants for recycling paper and cardboard into cellulose insulation. Kind regards Steen Isodan Engineering ApS
