Play maps with a lot of bursts to raise your speed, play intense maps to improve your stamina. Warm up properly and play every day. McOsu is very good for practicing purpose, it allows you to set maps' BPM to whatever you want.

i practice by just playing a lot of stream maps (including this one), fc or pass i was able to do 260-300 a lot more comfortably in march and i've been doing 300 and above for a little over 2 weeks
