@0:20 to fix the issue with the crack you want to make, once you erase the lines, you need to draw one from the top vertex to the bottom vertex to fill in the hole:)

There is one important step missing in this video which regards the Rendering process. I think she uses an additional plugin for Sketchup to render the 3D scene inside Sketchup

я делаю в keyshot, не вставляю в видео, потому что просто открываю в программе методом тыка подбираю материал и тон, и рендерю) не лезу в настройки
