@ ISON Band - First I want to say that this song and video are excellent! But now for the bad news. I looked up ISON on Spotify and it seems to be a different band with the same name? If there are two ISON's out here you may have to change your name if the other ISON is already previously established before you.

@@chrispayne750 There is a Swedish rapper with that name , but it's his actual name. Whereas we have an underground project in all caps, that will not be on Spotify. Being in an established band (Draconian) and seeing how many other bands actually operate under the same name still today, I can say that it will have little to no effect unless we magically become famous enough to compete with a hip-hop artist. I think we'll keep our name, but thank you for your comment.

Speaks to me. Reminds me exactly of the feeling of being depressed as a child. When I was little I felt like the world was pressing on me with all its weight for some reason. I detested the feeling, but neither could I ever put it into words, nor could anyone ever help me. Nobody would suddenly and miraculously understand a depressed child. That's just how it is, kid. "That's life" - is all that I would get out of adults. As a child I hated the world, as a teenager I hated myself and the world. But now, as a 21-year-old, I finally feel like I can live, even though I now feel too worn out to feel appropriately young. Every day is a fight. But it does feel great to BE fighting.

As someone who has been a musician their entire life, this is the most powerful statement I have ever read. The emotions that a single song can immediately generate are impossible to replicate.
