that happened enough times to really. and when i did my officer roll for the first time on the german intervention stage caprendo it was intense taking the ruined village but ultimatelly we lost that push cause we got pushed out. lots of dead bodies all around.

if they are supressing the enemy thats one thing and it's much harder to get overtime for destruction objectives then it is to do it on capture objectives.

Last night had a best fight ever, when this was playing. I was with the attackers and it was desperate push and then the fight goes to overtime. It was amazing how everyone war rushing in the contested area and brutal fight started. Bullets, melee, grenades, gas. It had everything. This music energized me and I managed to bayonet like 5 people I was shot. It was amazing.

Had a similar experience on Cengio the other day as the Italians (that map with the fort in the side of the mountain). The battle inside the fort must have went on for almost 10-15 minutes straight as this track continued blaring throughout the brawl. Needless to say that no mercy was spared by anyone in the fort as that clock continued ticking down. The point changed hands probably over 50 times during the stretch. Grenades were thrown, bayonets were thrusted, Machine guns and rifles hip-fired at point-blank range. Some flanked around the side or back and others charged straight into gunfire. Austrians eventually took the point, but not without a near game losing casualty count. Honestly one of the coolest and utterly chaotic battles I've ever played in a game before.

Shortly after the game came out I remember a round where in every sector we got into overtime. I was with the attackers and we fought desperately for each sector. Eventually we managed to win but we almost lost the match in every sector and it was truly amazing

well in late warfere there was using only shovels because you know its more effective in mountain area and i try that and its better its few seconds faster to kill someone with shovel

@@gooperbob I think i was there for that fight. though it lasted for 9 mins or so i was on austira for the attack and was laying on the roof of fort cengio to keep the overtime going and all. though i think for that fight you mentioned i was there for itally as well. a true grenaders leap of sorts.

Just had something similar. I only discovered this game a few days ago but it is just so good. A desperate last push with me as an officer. Laying down as much smoke, barrage, bombs, everything to get us to that point in the face of heavy MG fire. Managed to take the point right as we ran out of tickets. A feeling that cannot be replicated easily.

There’s always some dude on the chat typing in caps lock when this music plays lol edit: I also played this in the final kilometre of my recent marathon, holy cow i was in pain and felt like I was playing this game on like 10/100hp. But this song gives humans power.

I needed this a lot. Soundtrack department is super important like... when i think about my fav moments or just think about this game i think about 1:06 + What a great game. Fuck AAA companies. I'll buy all microtransactions to support my european indie homies

"This game isn't competetive enough." My dude. It is WW1 and one of the loading screen tips literally says to charge in numbers to increase survivability. Its a ww1 experience not CoD.

Based. I love this game because it isn't competitive. I had to respawn 3 times, because I was killed immediately every single time. This game could be a horror game, if it wanted to be because it is so brutal.

@dobridjordje Exactly. One match I had, we had some sweats on the right side holding us across the wire, so I went over there to help keep them busy with a few others, while the rest of the team flooded the left and broke through.

We pushed the Bridge for like 15 minutes with a brutal fight from a riverbank, shooters had no mercy but we still ran, The music played and you could see comments in the chat like "For Vaterland push!" finally we did it and that was probably the best defense and attack ever done in this game. Amazing composition

my atory first playing the game i played a match on dolomoti the one in the backround of this video and its was the final point of the final objective we start capturing and immediately this music kicks in its a blood bath every three second bang whoom screaming it was pure chaotic fun and the entire time when you died you just wanted to do it immediately agian for 15 minutes a battle on the objective raged until a hevay bombing run destroyed the defenders and we were finnaly able to capture the point this game is amazing.

Isonzo can be so fun and super cinematic at the same time and I love it. I played a match where I was playing as the attackers and we were trying to blow up the objective and we manged to plant it but we ran out of reinforcements causing it to go into overtime. Then the defenders manged to defuse the bomb but since we still had guys on the objective it was literally a mad dash to the bomb, and I mean it, Close quarters combat, bayonets, axes, grenades going off the objective swapping hands multiple times. Cinematic as hell. It was both entire teams converging onto a single place shooting each other, all of the officers on both sides used their charge so it was wave after wave of people running towards the objective. I manged to plant the bomb whilst literally behind a enemy before stabbing him after and then shooting a couple more until my teammates funnelled through, somehow we manged to blow the objective winning the game. I have never had a more intense and adrenaline rushing game since. Such a good game!
