You should check your Sèvres treaty (1920, near Paris) Constantinople is demilitarized, the detroits fall under international autority, while the Greek army took Izmir during the Greeko-Turkish War, then lost it later with the treaty of Lausanne (Swizerland) I'm not here to say who's right and who's wrong, but I mean, Turks of Greece and Greeks of Turks have been "exchanged" (in a terrible way). I mean, there is now two independant, developped countries, it should be time to move one, you don't think ? Both Turks and Greeks should stop this little game of "this is mine" "no, it's mine"

Especially since Turkey denies a lot of the atrocities it did to Greeks and other ethnic minorities, Greece will always have distain for Turkey, and then in recent history when Turkey invaded Cyprus, a country a majority greek which they then turkified the hell out of it. Greece and Turkey will always be at odds with each other, just because of historical reasons, but they aren't the worse as they are both part of NATO and are probably the biggest Frenemies probably leaning more towards enemies than friends but still.

About administrative efficiency, I've been playing a few campaigns and it seems as though my territories get various benefits from administrative efficiency beyond just taxation. This is things such as being able to recruit more brigades, getting more brigades when mobilizing, faster job changes based on my directions, and just a general sense of greater control. I'm wondering if this is true or I'm just mixing this up with other modifiers in the game. Is anyone else noticing this?
