The Helmet is documented in use since the mid-nineties via LEO & Police Departments and in print (magazines) and video (VHS) since 1999. It’s use as it’s structure is very specific and not at all like the “shelling” formats that came later and use shelling as an entire method. The Helmet is a moment in time and instantly transfers into strikes or attachment.
