Gastelum had significant height and reach disadvantages (no, his head movement wasn't great in this fight, Chael) and STILL managed to take two rounds off Adesanya in conclusive fashion! Adesanya was brilliantly exciting and closed out really well...but was no more than 'competitive' for 90% of this fight. That bodes well for fan entertainment value, but potentially not so well for Izzy's prospects with the top guys of his division. Yes, he has 'chat' and charisma (even if it's quite plagiaristic and often a little cheesy at times). Also, his face swelling up like a plastic surgery 'releasee' from hospital isn't a good 'warrior cool' look for any fighter so not much more can be done then. And you can forget Jon Jones as a viable opponent for the easily smaller man.

I'm not impressed by Stylebender. Kelvin is 7 inches shorter than him and has a 8 inch reach disadvantage. Despite this he was able to drop stylebender and rock him multiple times. Plus if his fight IQ wasn't so low he would've actually beaten him... The fact the Kelvin was able to land a headkick (which rocked stylebender) on a guy who's 7 inches taller should be making anyone ask questions. It was only after Kelvin gassed that stylebender started to have his way. Stylebender proved that he's tough and that he's a top 5 fighter, but his striking is massively overrated.
