Gaza created this dilemma they are currently facing by allowing Hamas to operate outside of agreed upon standards of war. Lebanon allowed for Hezbollah to do the same as Hamas, so now they are feeling the effects of that decision. I suggest Lebanon prevent the arming of Hezbollah from Syria, if they want to eliminate Israel having these justifications for their fighting style. The UN has contributed to its lack of power by not properly vetting those carrying out its tasks, but we all know this.
