@@Trumpet24 la tripa dilata no aumenta metros,si adelgazas se reduce porque encoge lo que estiró,es lo mismo que ir de boda,te atracas a comida y después de horas siacaso vas a vaciar al baño,das un paseo y ya tienes tu peso,pero la tripa mórbida es otro cantar,la tiroides y los gánglios asumen lo que comas pero con moderación,si se desmadra,a la farmacopea médica,redecilla estomacal y a pasar fame hasta que te hagas a la dieta.ejercicio y fuerza de voluntad.yo voy de 500gr en 500gr cada 15 días por mis paseos y bici,procuro no sentarme mucho tiempo y me muevo,soy de digestión lenta y por eso tengo que activarme porque de lo contrario el corazón protesta..Mi primo pudo hacer diesta y bajó muchos kg,se mantuvo y no veas el tipszo,aunque las bromas de su gordura que me hacía ya no las hizo,las cambió por otras,yo le escondía la ropa de gordo y tenía que poner la de flaco sin remedio.
