As other also wondered i mailed a Rabbi and got answer on this beautiful singing: The video that you shared with me features a festive prayer from the western wall, and it looks like it has been filmed on one of the days of Passover, of which we are saying (among other occasions in the year) a group of chapters from Psalms which are called in Jewish tradition "Hallel" - "Praise". These chapters are exceptionally underlining the prayer for redemption and rescue, and the thanks for the rescue that has already occurred, and are sayed in all of our festivals, on The first day of each Jewish month, and on a few other occasions. This chapters that constitute the "Hallel" are 113-118 in Psalms. This is such a well known and a festive prayer, that many compositions were made to its words. This video is an example for some of them, but you could find literally hundreds of tunes to each of these psalms, of all sorts and styles.
