Israel should’ve expelled all the Arabs from Judea and Samaria in 1947 after the entire Middle East expelled around 850.000 Jews from their Countries. In the present day the presence of Non Israeli Arabs in Judea and Samaria will always create another PLO or Hamas. The solution is to make an agreement with Jordan that received around 75% of the British Mandate for Palestine and move them there.
