Firstly, the Jews do also not share the Bible with Christians. The Judaism religion rejected the Jesus Christ and does not therefore have the New Testament, which is core of Christians Bible. Christians are therefore only concerned with the new Jerusalem ( which is Mary Mother of Jesus - refer to Galatians 4:26 and Isaiah 66:7-9), and is also a symbol of the Church ( as bride of Christ), and Heavenly Jerusalem ( Refer do Revelations 21 and 22).

That doesn't mean they are not the real Israel both in spiritual and physical. Even though they do not believe in Jesus, even Jesus said it, that a prophet has no honour in his own country. However a time is coming they will all believe in Jesus. We are spiritual Israel, while they are both physical and spiritual also if they come to the knowledge of truth which is Christ the crucified.
