Israel's participation in Eurovision final sparks protests

I don't think it's smart to target unpolitical singers. Israel must have forgotten that when sent in a political song. Changing the title and a few lyrics doesn't suddenly change the meaning, we all know what the song represents. Regardless, boycotts can have positive results. Look at South Africa, it helped end apartheid. It was controversial at thr time, now it is controversial to criticise the boycott. It s not the fault of the talented young Singer Eden that there are problems around Israel from the very beginning of it s existence. The treatment against Eden was very unfair and shameless.
