Israeli here to give you an accurate update. According to our news 181 missiles were launched from Iran, which most were intercepted with American and Israeli Air defense systems. Something you should know is that each missile's trajectory is tracked and if the missile is set to land in an open area that doesnt endanger civilians, then there is no need to shoot it down. It is confirmed that a palestinian from Jericho has been killed from the missile attack, and that an Israeli Beduin citizen has been injured from missile interception fragments. Israeli defense systems that are used against ballistic missiles are Arrow 1, 2 and 3, and also "David's Sling". Not sure which of these systems were used in this attack

Iron Dome is for other types of rockets. The IDF uses the ARROW system against ballistic missiles. I think 20% of the missile passes thru.
