Numbers for Egyptian planes is not correct 1. Rafale numbers are 24 2. Mig 29m number is 46 3. Scalp missle already in Service 24 dilverd so far 4. Rafale alrady carry modern missles which is Mica with range 80 km active radar guided 5. Rafale is not slow it is capable of supercrusing and max speed 1.8 mac. 5. As f 35 is not functional rafale has the lowest RCS in the fild it can do deep strick missions especially it is capable of exterm low altitude flew it can surprise the enemy. 6. You ignored the f16 capability in ground attack it can take out missions at least within S 300 coverage range 7. M1A1 is quite old, worse than Merkava 3. The number of fighters you cited are for the numbers ordered, but neither delivery is complete yet. Yes the article says MICA, but it is a very old and quite weak design. Rafale can’t go above Mach 1.8, so it is very slow. F-16 in Egypt has no stand-off air to ground weapons

It has a higher climb rate, higher manuverability due it's delta wing configuration, higher service ceiling, and superior sensory systems 2- as of april 2019 egypt started upgrading it's f-16 fleet to operate AN/APG 68 radars as well as JDAM guided bombs and AIM-120 air to air missiles. 3- Egypt has already recieved the first patch of SU-35 fighterjets. 4- you missed bastion missiles systems owned by egypt. 5- you missed pergamini and fremm frigates, mica corvettes that could deal with air threats at long ranges.and provide egypt with flanking ability to hit israel from the sea. 6- you missed ka-52 helicopters as submarine hunters being used by the helicopter carriers that also function as amphibious assault ships

Im Egyptian and id like to tell that -Israeli air force is much more advanced than the 70s and 80s egyptian air force due to western and american limitation of modern technology to egypt to ensure israeli advantage although the -egyptians are buying modern jets it wont match the numbers of israeli jets. -Egypt has no tankers and no long range fighters except the future SU-35 and its a big obstacle (in 1973 egypt had limited operation range and lost jets in combat due to fuel shortage). -Israel produces many of its own weapons, Egypt doesnot. -Egyptian ground forces are a step behind israel but superior in numbers. -Egyptian air defense is a complicated web of western, eastern and domestic systems. -Egyptian navy is a little superior. -Egyptian economy currently cant withstand a 10-days operation not even a total war. -Overall, Air force is the most important factor in modern wars so Israel would win yes, But in 1973 egyptian army with a poor soviet airforce technology MIG 15 17 19 and 21 and limited supplies could take down the heavily armed and armored Barliev line, neutralize the Israeli much advanced army and destroy most of their air and ground units withing hours-day that resulted in american operation Nickel Grass that saved israel from a deep Egyptian-Syrian invasion so i think that tactics, allies and international relations win wars eventually. Btw its not Israel its PALESTINE.
