Something here doesn't add up. Both countries experience damages but instead of immediately counterattacking they both observe careful periods of pause before any counter. This is like if someone attacked you and you waited two weeks to hit them back. It makes no sense. If Israel thought a missile attack on them was serious they would've hit Iran back within the same hour.
