A full blown democracy where everybody has rights. Hamas and the Palestinian Authority run Apartheid states where no Jews or gays are allowed and neither has held elections in 17 years. As Hama's uses concrete reinforced war tunnels and underground equipment and ammunition storage bunkers as well as control and command bunkers some 500km -600km long under the cities of Gaza when IDF finds them, they destroy them with explosives creating explosion over a kilometer long at times many buildings are bombed during fighting between I.D.F. and Hama's/ P.I.J. fighters as fighters use these building's to snipe and fire anti tank rockets at the IDF the buildings get destroyed / damaged in skirmishes the IDF also does clear whole blocks to prevent repeated use of structures by fighters infiltrating there ... Israel doesn't have a large enough economy to use millions of dollars on wanton destruction ...
