They're not working, because they're not getting supplies, the doctors are doing the best they can, and they say that patients are dying who would live in a normal hospital like the ones over the border in Israel. The people of Gaza were not getting enough food to survive. Many of them died. The first ones to go are the children. There are videos of doctors in Gaza trying to treat infants that are obviously starving, according to standard measurements like the circumference of their arms. Hamas is smuggling food in, just like the partisans did in the Warsaw Ghetto. I don't think you read the New York Times stories. If you did, you would have the answer to your questions.

It seems you know very little...Israel and the US are the only ones who consistently break the rules of war...the resistance, if you learn more about it and follow where they are attacking are military bases, stockpiles of weapons, etc..I have watched videos of the resistance forces bombing an Israeli tank and Israeli medic helicopters fly in...the resistance could have easily taken down the helicopter but they don't...they let it come to the aid of the injured...UNLIKE Israel who since the start of the war has blocked ambulances trying to get to the injured (something the Zionists have done before the war), won't allow food, water, aid, medicine to come in and murder doctors, nurses, journalists, people trying to feed the starving...so it's easy for you to shoot of some comment when it's clear you don't really know what is going on and who is doing war crimes and crimes against humanity and that would be US/Israel...that is what our tax dollars are doing...
