Stop using sprinklers that blow water all over to mostly evaporate. Use underground drip irrigation with soaked systems and have mulch on top of the soil. They can triple what they grow with the same water. Also use greenhouse systems with underground pipes that are laid 10 to 15 feet (3 meters) below the ground and circulate the air through them. It will bring up cool air for the greenhouses. Grow with Aquaponics in contained water systems. Install some Desalinization Plants at the ocean and they all will have unlimited water. Also, grow crops that can use salt water. Coconuts and Saw Palmetto can easily survive on water with salt still inside it, so they need not remove all the salt in desalinization. I have a 149 IQ.
