Fighter jets can travel 4-5,000km (which covers 10% of iranian territory, since need to travel 2 ways). Israel does have 2+ Air reful plans which is likely what happened. Although they cooperate with Saudia, they likely took the shorter path through Syria and Iraq (also as to not escalate regional conflict). Possible that everything was done from Saudia (fewer plans but shorter distance, since strikes lasted few hours), but doubt it

Look it up on any map and see that there are at least two whole countries between Israel and Tehran.
