Sir, This is Gowtham.P. I have a question sir, As you said 'Tribal Attachment' IAS officer have understand the situation what Tribal people are facing difficulties for water and Electricity. But , Now India has developed Economically and Technologies wise aslo , why those villages are face this trouble. When you're in those Attachment what you did sir, or In future, what we can do for those Tribal peoples when we are in Tribal Attachment.
