What defines who is married and who is not married? What step should a couple take to be considered married? Is the msrriage license necessary?

Jesus said that from the beginning, it (divorce) was not so. God hates the putting away, He said so. In Jeremiah for instance, chapter 3 verse 8, I have put her away (speaking of Israel) and have given her a bill of divorcement. Study the whole book of Jeremiah and you will see why He said that. But, nevertheless, verse 14, return o backsliding children, for I am (married to you) Marriage is not a sin, no ones marriage is a sin because marriage is ordained by God. Two shall be one flesh. This means once you are married, the woman loses her identity in the sense that she becomes the body of the man Spiritually. That is the one flesh and God sees them as one person. The only way that God could marry the Gentiles was by death. He had to die in order for Him to marry another. This is why Paul said in Romans 7:2-3 what he did....but people still don't believe it or do it because they don't really fear God. Some people say that you have to consummate the marriage before the marriage is binding. But this is also wrong, God made Adam a wife of his own flesh before they had any physical relationship. Marriage is very serious to God, its a type and shadow of His Bride. My wife left me for another man years ago, she is therefore an adulteress not a sister. But she is still my body and therefore still my wife in God's eyes because I am still living. I cannot marry another woman while she's living, because we are one flesh. I would be an adulterer. The bible says that no adulterer has eternal life. So, if I want that, then I cannot go out and look for another wife because mine is still alive. Does it get lonely, of course, do I have temptations, of course. But if I obey God, He will help me, and everyone else in my situation. Don't let any man deceive you by telling you that you can remarry. God does not have an ex-wife. So why would we think that we can? Good study bro

So you saying when the wife is living the husband can’t remarried I asked because men want to marry other women and they say things like God allowed it in the Bible David did it Solomon did it so they are allowed to do so So u saying if a man is not dealing with a woman that’s not married it’s not adultery
