What's a directive, and these crisis, are those given or suggested by the delegates or decided by the chairs

A directive is basically a shorter version of a resolution with a minimum of around 3 clauses. And the crisis is decided by the chairs before the conference and is given to the delegates on the day of the conference unlike other committees where the topic is given a week or two beforehand. And if u ever get chosen to be a delegate in crisis committee don’t worry it might seem daunting but it’s just as easy a normal committee and in my opinion even more fun
