They servanting their life for our nation. one thing i adding to this is not company it's public organisation. Most no of unmarried scientists are also working for ISRO. While based on TOI (Time of India) reports, 36% of the NASA employees are Indians, that is, 4 out of 10 scientists are Indians, there are people who debate on the actual numbers.

Please react to "is ISRO the best space agency after NASA"...I'll guarantee you'll be surprised Fun fact:- our prime minister Rajiv Gandhi came asking for the cryogenic engine(engine that powers the launch vehicle) in the 80s but the then US president Ronald Reagan flat out refused. He came back and told the scientists at ISRO what happened. They then worked day and night to develop our own indigenous cryogenic engine. I think that's the improved version of our engine that he's talking about in the video

There are dozens of people who are waiting to bring you down every time you try to achieve something. I feel proud that in spite of numerous obstacles, they managed to achieve so much at a fraction of NASA's cost. We hold the record for most satellites launched in 1 launch, we're the only country to orbit mars on the first attempt and many other achievements. I feel our achievements are a perfectly apt reply to anyone who tries to bring us down rather than discussing who did what. I live in Bengaluru btw(where ISRO's HQ is). So particularly fond of ISRO😁

Indi, No. Not $6 Million. :D It cost $73. Which is about 10% of NASA's cost. It sometimes helps to have others go before you so you can learn from their mistakes. It also helped that, by the time India was ready to build their vehicle, the cost of hardware, and software had come down significantly, along with the capabilities of the hardware and software improving exponentially. It also doesn't hurt how much engineering and coding talent India's engineering schools pump out every year. Smart people take advantage of everything they can.

India's isro is world's no 4 space agency with nearly 2 billion dollars annual budzet. ISRO's upcoming missions are Venus planet mission, Gaganyaan mission ( in which India is sending 3 astraunauts in space first time), Solar mission in which India is going to study Sun's outerior part, Mangalyan 2 in which India is going on the surface of planet Mars, Chandrayan mission 3 in which India will again try to go on moon's surface and planning to make a home for astraunauts there, Planet Jupiter planet mission, India is planning to make its own international space station and a joint project with NASA named NISAR. These are few biggest missions of ISRO

Unlike the techniques used by other space agencies ISRO's technique was to use the gravitational pull of earth initially and gain momentum like a catapult. This requires very little energy. But the calculations and the idea was exceptional and nobody had every thought of this before. Hence the mission was cheaper but pure genius on the part of these really hard working people of isro. 🇮🇳

It is not 6 million but 73 million. It costed so low because india made cost cut by using PSLV ( lesser powerful ) and using multiple orbit acceleration and not in a direct route which US does with a significant heavier launch vehicle.

Fun fact, it was chandrayan 1 (ISRO moon mission) which discovered water on the moon and presence of water in the polar region till that time it was just speculation that water might be present on moon. Now we know it thanks to ISRO.

Remeber that most of the Indian projects are done with prior knowledge and mistakes from other launches. Having said that the innovations and execution of the knowledge is excellent. The privitastion of the Indian space industry is going to boost development aswell. Looking forward to see progress on the re-usable launch vehicles.
