Not because seeing them together, but because she feels Arnav has changed, he's lying, hiding stuff from her and all..and it started not just now but when Arnav married kushi on payash wedding, since that day although she forgave him it's still hard for her to watch her brother becoming distant from her..even after when Aranv threw shyam out, she was upset because she felt shyam wasn't given enough chance to explain himself because she didn't see that aspect of shyam that Arshi knows. But still she didn't question arnav, because she believed if aranv did that there must be a reason..but she wasn't ready to accept and she strongly believed it to ba misunderstanding because neither she can say wrong to her chote not her shyam ji ..now what's happening she just want everything back to be normal.. because we know how Arnav and Anjali s relationship was since childhood, they were only ones for each other..so now looking at this her how they are drifting apart, she feel upset and sad .but later arnav explains and assures her.. but again she's going through so much and it's hard for her too

What Mannorama said about Divorce doesn't help. She feels that Khushi is taking away her loved ones. A part of her feels that her husband and brother were both seduced by Khushi. She treats Sham like a God so his words affect her more. She's also lived many years married to that scammer and only after Khushi came, did both sham and Arnav started acting suspiciously. Arnav and Khushi still haven't explained in detail what led to their marriage to Angeli. Only Dadi knows. Plus, she's pregnant. Her emotions were already all over the place. Something traumatising happened. So, her emotions are even more chaotic. I don't think that Angeli realises that she is jealous of the attention Arnav gives Khushi. Now, that she doesn't have a husband who has her full attention around, she probably feels like Arnav's wife stole her brother. She's behaving like an adolescent little sister who is used to having her brother's full attention and is jealous and sulky that after marriage, his attention is divided. Plus, Angeli and Arnav have always been extremely close. They went through all good times together and overcame all bad times together. E.g: Their mother's and father's death. But, this time, she doesn't have her usual shoulder to cry on when in pain. It's been a few days since the return of Arnav and he's too busy asking for forgiveness and winning his wife's love back. He sort of neglected her. He doesn't go talk to her often. He didn't mention any private things to her. He didn't even tell her it was Khushi's birthday. Arnav seems to have too many things to jungle - work, wife, family, sister... And because he doesn't want to hurt her, not only he but the whole family is very careful with what they say. In the end, she feels lonely and rejected. She's got all these emotions bubbling inside her - confusion, sadness, misunderstanding, jealousy, loneliness, insecurity, uncertainty.... And she seems to find the only way to release these emotions when Khushi is mentioned/involved. And she releases it on her brother. In a way both of them are similar. Angeli releases her emotions on Arnav and Arnav releases his emotions on Khushi. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️
