What was truly terrific about this show was how relatable it was; it was not a happily ever after fairy tale, just two people working out their lives and finding that there maybe space in their lives for each other. Kudos to Issa Rae for creating a story we can relate to!!

Me personally i felt like she should of ended up with either Nathan or Daniel. Isa was wrong for cheating at first but Lawrence was literally not working leeching off of her and didnt get back with her until he slept around caught Chlamydia and had a baby. Like why should she have to settle idk but i felt like the ending could of been different but still loved the show.

I loved the show, I related a lot, but I feel kind of sad about it (I just finished the series) but I was so hoping it would end with Nathan, okokok I know they have told a story, but I seriously felt that there was a more beautiful energy with Nathan, more real. I think the point of adding Canola Oil getting pregnant was to show that life doesn’t always go the way it wanted to. In the ending scene, you see Issa bonding with an engagement ring on. They both wanted it to work, so they made it work ❤

Well, this show really lives up to the title. Aside from that, I’ll never date women like Molly and Issa. My God black women like this are nothing more but emotional and bitter wrecks that we must accept. They complain about the problems that black men have but they don’t even reevaluate themselves. Yeah as a black person myself I don’t, and I will never deal with this kind of drama in a relationship.
