For Army You are eligible to apply after your BS (masters) psy ie 16 years of education, but since the vacancies are less so we prefer MS Psy which is 18 years of education. It is recommended that you first complete your BS and then do MS. Keep seeing the advertisements and then apply on www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk
